For sensitive contracts, require email verification. The signer must confirm their email address before they can open and sign the document. You can turn this on for every signer at once or only for specific people.
Every fully signed document comes with a certificate that lists who signed, when each person agreed, whether their email was verified, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document. If you ever need to check that a contract has not changed since signing, compare its fingerprint with the one on the certificate.
