How to sign a PDF on iPhone in 4 steps

  1. Open kamisign.com in Safari and tap Choose PDF to sign. You can pick a file from the Files app, iCloud Drive or a download in Safari.
  2. Create your signature. Tap Sign, then draw with your finger. Prefer typing? Enter your name and choose a cursive style instead.
  3. Place it on the page. Tap the spot where you need to sign. Add the date, text or a checkbox from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Download the signed PDF. The signature is built into the page, so the file looks the same in Mail, Messages, WhatsApp and on a computer.

Where is my signed file?

After you download, Safari usually saves the PDF to the Downloads folder in the Files app. From there you can share it by email, WhatsApp or AirDrop, or upload it to the website that asked for it.

Need others to sign too?

Create a free account to send a document for signature by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and track who has signed. Your signers do not need an account either. For the full guide to signing on any device, see sign a PDF online.

Does it work on Android and computers?

Yes. KamiSign runs in the browser, so the same steps work in Chrome on Android and in any modern browser on a Mac or PC.
