E-signature for real estate agents
Updated
Listing agreements, buyer agreements and disclosures all need signatures from several people, usually on their phones. KamiSign lets you send your PDF forms to every party, see who has signed, and keep the signed copies in one private vault.
Documents real estate agents send most
- Listing agreements
- Buyer representation agreements
- Offer and counter-offer forms
- Disclosure and acknowledgement forms
- Showing and access authorizations
- Commission agreements
How it works
- Save your usual forms as templates, with the signature and date fields already placed.
- Add every party as a signer, such as buyer, co-buyer and seller.
- Send the link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Signers sign on their phone without an account.
- Follow progress live and nudge whoever is outstanding.
- Download the signed PDFs and the Certificate of Completion.
Why it fits
- Several signers on one document
- Signing from a phone, with no app
- A record of who signed and when
Things to check
Many forms are specific to your state, board or brokerage, so upload those exact PDFs. Some documents, such as deeds, usually need notarization and recording and cannot be handled by a simple e-signature. Check your brokerage's policy and the US e-signature rules.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my brokerage's own forms?
Yes. Upload them as PDFs, place the fields, and save them as templates.
Can buyer and co-buyer sign the same document?
Yes. Add each person as a signer and send one request.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, sign and submit.
Is an e-signed real estate document valid?
Electronic signatures are recognized in many countries, but the rules vary by country, document type and professional body. Check what applies to you and your clients. This is not legal advice.
